We were delighted to welcome back Tallis Voices who once again performed in aid of The Wells Cathedral Chorister Trust. Their programme featured some gems of the sacred choral repertoire, focussing on Renaissance music that commemorates the first Christian martyr, St Stephen, and the Holy Innocents.
As one of the Cathedral's Promenade Concerts, the audience were free to walk the glorious open space of the building during the performance, the usual chairs all having been removed.
